At RylanMRO, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our goal is to ensure that you receive items that are functional and as described. Please review our return policy below for clarity on how we handle product returns:

Returns Must Be Completed Within 14 Days of Shipping

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order is shipped. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Eligible Return Reasons

We will accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item is not as described or represented.
  • The item is defective or does not work.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Non-Eligible Return Reasons (Buyer-Responsible Return Shipping Costs)

Free returns do not apply to the following scenarios. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction with the purchase).
  • The item does not fit your application (e.g., incorrect part, size, or model).

Additional Conditions for Returns

  • New Condition Items: Items described as "New" must be returned in original packaging. If the item is removed from the manufacturer’s packaging or if factory seals are tampered with, the item will not qualify for a refund.
  • Security Seals: For items that are sealed, the security seals must remain intact. The seal numbers must match our records in order for the item to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return (except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or not as described).
  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets all return conditions, we will issue a refund or replacement based on your preference.
